Description:

Audacious is an open source audio player with a focus on low resource usage, high audio quality, and support for a wide range of audio formats. Audacious began as a fork of Beep Media Player 0.9.7.1, which was a fork of XMMS. Unlike some audio players, Audacious doesn't use a lot of system resources, so it doesn't degrade system performance when you're using your PC for other tasks as well as listening to music. It supports Windows and Linux operating system.
