Hudson

Hudson is a popular Continuous Integration Server developed by Oracle as an Open Source product at the Eclipse Foundation. Hudson monitors the execution of repeated jobs, such as building a software project and makes it easier for users to obtain a fresh build and inspect the build results.

Squash is a collection of tools that help engineers find and kill bugs in their code by automatically collecting, collating and analyzing run time exceptions. Squash consists of the following components:

TestLink

TestLink is your one-stop-shop for test plan management, managing builds and getting reports and stats on your projects. It facilitates software quality assurance. From the first time you login, you can start your first test project, write your requirements, link requirements to test cases, or create test plans.

Redmine

Redmine is a very popular Rails-based open source bug tracker to help you manage issues and tasks for multiple projects. It is extremely flexible, features a built-in wiki, time tracking, custom fields, role-based access, SCM integration (including git), and support for multiple projects. With Redmine, you can define multiple projects and track issues on each project independently. Users can have different roles on each project and Redmine also supports custom issue types and workflows.

SENECA is a program package for Computer Assisted Structure Elucidation (CASE) of organic molecules. While it currently usesmainly 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopy for the CASE process it is open to all types of spectroscopic data.

phpSysInfo

A set of PHP scripts that pulls data from the /proc file system and lays it out neatly on a Web page, phpSysInfo shows key information about your server, such as RAM and CPU utilization, attached drives and USB devices, available disk space, networking, hard drive SMART (Self Monitoring Analysis and Reporting Technology) info, and more.

BusyBox

BusyBox combines tiny versions of many common UNIX utilities into a single small executable. It provides replacements for most of the utilities you usually find in GNU fileutils, shellutils, etc. The utilities in BusyBox generally have fewer options than their full-featured GNU cousins; however, the options that are included provide the expected functionality and behave very much like their GNU counterparts. BusyBox provides a fairly complete environment for any small or embedded system.

IPython includes multiple language support in data pipelines, parallel computing capabilities, and much more and compared to Ipython Notebook.
