Service Oriented Architecture & Web Services

Ember

ember.js is a framework for creating ambitious web applications. Often compared to Angular, Ember uses an model-view-viewmodel (MVVM) pattern, handlebar templates for data binding, routes to handle URLs and invoke models, customizable HTML components, and a command line for scaffolding and the imposition of convention over configuration. In some ways, you could say that Ember is to Rails what JavaScript is to Ruby.

XINS

XINS is an open-source Web Services framework supporting HTTP protocols such as REST, SOAP, XML-RPC, JSON, JSON-RPC and more. From the specifications written in simple XML, XINS generates the Client API (.jar), the Java server code template (.war), the WSDL and the documentation of the specification in HTML (with the test forms) or in OpenDocument format. Examples can be included in the specification and can be used to generate a server stub, a client mock, JUnit tests or JMeter tests.

Artifactory

Artifactory from JFrog is an open source repository manager. Artifactory was built to tackle some real world problems with Maven, and includes features such as fine-grained permissions, LDAP integration, advanced artifacts management policies, scheduled backups, auditing, and more. Artifactory works with Maven, Ivy, and Gradle and supports hosting and remote proxying of artifacts. It integrates with Jenkins, TeamCity, Bamboo and other CI servers.

Wildfly

WildFly is a powerful beast that can run extremely fast with a full J2EE stack including Java EE7. This new Java release provides rich enterprise capabilities in frameworks that reduce technical burden and eliminate boiler plate. WildFly also supports the latest standards for REST based data access, including JAX-RS 2, and JSON-P.

Railo

Accelerate your CFML and Java development with Railo Server. Railo Server is the fastest CFML engine available and is 100% compatible with JBoss Application Server, Tomcat and the most popular Java Servlet engines.

Gradle

Gradle is a Java-based tool that can automate the building, testing, publishing and deployment of software packages or other types of projects such as generated static websites and generated documentation.
